Obina Brewing is a family-owned, American-run craft brewery located in the mountains of Kofu, Yamanashi.
Founded by Dave—an American brewer from San Francisco with a deep love for craft beer—Obina is joined by Andy, a fellow brewer from Seattle, another great U.S. West Coast beer city. Together, we brew bold, flavorful American-style beers right here in Japan.

Our brewery was hand-built with care, using mountain spring water, select local and imported ingredients, and global brewing experience. Every batch reflects our passion for creativity, community, and great beer.

You can enjoy our beer at the 2F American Beer Café above the brewery in peaceful Obina, or visit our downtown Kofu bar—Obina Ale House—for pints, takeout cans, and a taste of something new.

Obina Brewing（オビナ・ブルーイング）は、山梨県甲府市の山あいにある、アメリカ人が経営するファミリークラフトビール醸造所です。
サンフランシスコ出身のクラフトビール愛好家デイヴが創業し、同じく西海岸のクラフトビール都市・シアトル出身のアンディが加わり、日本で本格的なアメリカンスタイルのビールを造っています。

醸造所は手作業で丁寧に作り上げ、山の湧き水、厳選した国産＆輸入原料、そして世界の醸造経験を活かして仕込みを行っています。
一つひとつのビールに、創造性・地域とのつながり・クラフトビールへの情熱を込めています。

静かな帯那の醸造所2階にあるアメリカンビアカフェでできたてビールを楽しんだり、甲府中心街のObina Ale Houseで樽生やテイクアウトの缶ビールを味わったりもできます。

私たちが届けたいのは、ただのビールではなく、アメリカのクラフトビールのスピリットそのものです。
