Obina Blueberry Saison

This classic Belgian-style light saison beer is crafted by crushing and boiling 10 kilograms of blueberries grown in Obina, Kofu City. Australian Nelson Sauvin hops balance the malt character and impart notes of cool-climate white wine grapes. During fermentation, fresh blueberries are added to deepen the color and bring out the blueberry aroma and flavor. This beautiful farmhouse saison ale is especially refreshing in the summer. Enjoy!
