Obina Dry Ale

Our Dry Ale hits all the marks for an excellent dry ale:  no sweetness or aftertaste, only a strong Ale that quenches thirst as soon as it one tastes it. 

This beer uses all Obina-grown hops for maximum freshness, and we dry-hopped it a week after fermentation ceased with loads of Simcoe hops. The malts included wheat malt for a slightly hazy appearance and fuller mouthfeel.

This delicious beer is as dry as we want it, and people who’ve tried it agree!  Enjoy!
