This beer was made with German and American base malts and flaked wheat and oats. With a soft and pillowy mouthfeel, the flavor profile hints of watermelon and stone fruit and leaves a very slight resinous back note. There is almost no aftertaste and very little bitterness. We balanced this beer so that it is neither sweet nor bitter. A perfect treat for the hot days of summer. Enjoy!
