I wanted to stay traditional with my first IPA, so I focused early on on a bitter, hop-heavy profile, which explains our high IBUs.

This beer is heavily hopped and dry-hopped with Columbus, Mosaic, Talus, and Citra, resulting in a wonderfully balanced mouthfeel and flavor, with a dank, bitter yet smooth finish that will remind beer lovers of the roots of IPA brewing.
