Berliner Weisse - ベルリナー・ヴァイセ

ドイツの伝統的なベルリナー・ヴァイセビールです。200 年以上前から「北のシャンパン」としても呼ばれています。アルコール度数 3%で、柑橘系の軽くて酸味のある、爽やかな泡立ちのビールです。味的に一般のビールというよりレモンサワーに近いですが、後味にはモルトの風味が穏やかに出ます。酔わずに飲みやすいので食事との相性も抜群で、ランチか軽食にピッタリのビールです。甲府のエールハウスではすでに人気があります。
