Obina Blueberry Saison

甲府市帯那で育てたブルーベリーを10キログラム砕いて沸騰させて作られた、クラシックなベルギー風の軽快なセゾンビールです。オーストラリアのネルソン・ソヴィン・ホップで麦芽の特性をバランス良く整え、涼しい気候の白ワインのぶどうの風味を漂わせました。発酵の際には、さらに新鮮なブルーベリーを加えて色合いを深め、ブルーベリーの香りと味を引き出しました。この美しいファームハウスセゾンエールは、特に夏には特に爽快です。お楽しみください！

This is a classic Belgian-style, light-bodied saison made by crushing and boiling 10 kgs of blueberries grown here in Obina. We balanced the malt profile with Australian Nelson Sauvin hops, which impart a cool climate white wine grape flavor. During fermentation, we added more fresh blueberries to deepen the hue and bring out the blueberry aroma and taste. This beautiful farmhouse saison ale is especially refreshing in summer time. Enjoy!
