Obina Soft Hazy the MOOD

このビールは、ドイツとアメリカのベースモルト、フレーク状の小麦とオーツを使用して作られました。

柔らかくふんわりとした口当たりで、味わいはスイカや核果のニュアンスの中に、ごくわずかな樹脂のような余韻が残ります。

後味はさっぱりとしていながらも、ほのかな苦みを感じるでしょう。

甘みと苦みの調和がとれるように仕上げました。夏の暑い日のご褒美にぴったりです。お楽しみください！

This beer was made with German and American base malts and flaked wheat and oats.  With a soft and pillowy mouthfeel, the flavor profile hints of watermelon and stone fruit and leaves a very slight resinous back note.  There is almost no aftertaste and very little bitterness.  We balanced this beer so that it is neither sweet nor bitter.  A perfect treat for the hot days of summer.  Enjoy!
