2月に最初のバッチを作った直後、このホップを主役にしたラガーはすぐに完売しました。

よりパワフルなパシフィックジェイドとセンテニアル、カスケードのホップという珍しい組み合わせで、前作よりもホップ感を引き出した結果、レモンのような柑橘系と割れた黒胡椒のフレーバーをはじめとする大胆な香りが特徴のラガーが出来上がりました。

This hop-forward lager sold out soon after we made our first batch in February, and we decided to hop it up even more with an unusual combination of Pacific Jade and powerhouse Centennial and Cascade hops.  The resulting lemon citrus and cracked pepper flavor and bold aroma make this hoppy lager a ‘must drink more than one’ crowd favorite.  Enjoy!!
